The Related Group, the developer behind Icon Bay, released today renderings and floor plans of the units. In the image below you can get an idea of the view of all the units at Icon Bay. All the units will face the bay. The least expensive units are units 402 for $433,900 and unit 407 for $500,900.
In the image below you can see the layout of the building and the parking structure, which will be separate from the building. The building itself will have 40 stories and the parking structure will have 7 levels.
Icon Bay will have 300 units with only 8 units per floor. Units will have private elevators and 9' ceilings. In the images below you can see the different Icon Bay floor plans.
